Richard (Dick) Shafer is the firm's Executive Director and retirement plan expert. Dick is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Personal Financial Planner and Fellow of the International Society of CEBS. Prior to forming Well and Good, he was an Officer of TIAA-CREF and then of CUNA Mutual Group for a total of nearly twenty years. Dick has written and spoken extensively on retirement plans in non-profit organizations.  He was graduated  from Duke University and St. Paul's School (NH), and attended Boston University's Graduate School of Management, Aspen Institute and Center for Creative Leadership. 
 
Nancy Webb works on our communication, marketing and public relations.  Nancy is an award-winning journalist and writer. A Phi Beta Kappa member when graduated from University of Kentucky, Nancy was a Niemann Fellow and then member of the faculty at Harvard University.  
 
R. Brian Cressey, CEBS is our managing director with responsibility for specific client assignments nationwide.  Brian completed Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credentials. He was graduated from Bowdoin College and Friends Academy (NY)

We offer a complimentary initial consultation with Dick. At that time, we will identify your plan advisory needs and develop a Summary. If this firm's Service Suite includes an appropriate product or service, we will offer to develop a proposal.
 
Most often, we start advisory engagements with a hands-on, intensive Transition Program. This completes a due diligence review. Depending upon your plan's strengths and opportunities, Well and Good LLC offers ongoing services packages at different intensity levels.
